I originally engaged another Claim Management Company to claim back PPI from Barclaycard only to be told after 6 months that my claim was unsuccessful. I then came across an article where someone in a similar position to me had been successful with PPR. Since that day I haven't looked back. Acted very professionally towards my PPI claim, in September 2011. I put a claim in against HFC Bank and was rejected, I then appealed to the Ombusdman and was also rejected by them. I then went back to Payment Protection Refunds in-house legal services and they successfully obtained a settlement for me.
